Yellow/Green Water and Gas Crimp system

PEX-B PN16/PN20 is a WATER & PEX-AL-PEX GAS CRIMP JOINT SYSTEM. The Lightning PEX-b PE100 PN16 and PN20 system is a competitively priced option for installers and efficient to install. The PEX-b PE100 system is designed to be cost effective in domestic and light commercial installations.

PE100 Water Pipe

Install to AS/NZS 3500.1:2003. PN16 20 mm pipe nominal pressure rating 1,600 kPa @ 20 °C; PN20 16 mm pipe nominal pressure rating 2,000 kPa @ 20 °C.

Crimp Yellow and Green Lead-Free Fittings

Lead-free brass PN16/PN20 fittings approved for both water and gas installations. Suitable with the PE100 water pipe range and the PEX-AL-PEX gas pipe.

Crimp Gas Pipe (PEX-AL-PEX)

PEX with aluminium core that can be formed/bent to suit modern construction. Install to AS/NZS 5601.1:2013. Normal operating temperature 80 °C; operates to 70 kPa @ 80 °C.

PEX-A PN20 Crimp Lead-Free Joint System

All advantages of a PEX-A PN20 pipe with the speed of a crimp system — a cost-efficient alternative to Sleeve or Lightning systems.

PN20 Water Pipe — Crimp PN20

Install to AS/NZS 3500.1:2003. Hot and cold water; normal operating temp 65 °C (short exposure to 95 °C); operates to 2,000 kPa @ 20 °C.

PEX-A PN20 Water & PEX-AL-PEX Gas Lead-Free Sleeve Joint System

Lead-free brass sleeve fitting for water and/or gas. PEX-A PN20 water pipe provides strength and durability (short exposure to 95 °C). Sleeve system operates with PEX-A water, PEX-AL-PEX gas and EVOH OB hydronic. PEX-B is not permitted.

Lightning Expansion System

Lightning PEX-a pipe with lead-free brass or Stainless-Steel fittings, engineered to be fast and reliable. With only one tool, the system is up to 30% quicker than PN20 compression joints. Using the thermo-elastic memory of PEX-a, the pipe and ring apply increasing pressure on the fitting to deliver a strong seal for cold and hot water.
